To keep equipment’s normal operation, LIMPCS SLM operation software has the functions reading multi-type building data files, anticipating printing time, system control,printing parameters setting real-time, processing monitoring, printing logging, cloud data transmission, etc.

3. Intelligent monitoring. The system is equipped with powder bed monitoring module and a built-in camera. It takes pictures for powder bed after each powder spreading and fusing to monitor powder spreading quality and fusing quality for each layer based on the algorithm analysis and comparison. Meanwhile, it can do powder replenishment automatically and alarm.

4. Long life filtration system. The dust collecting system has a blowback function and a long life time filter with more than 100,000 working hours to ensure uninterrupted printing.

5. Multiple powder recycling system. Fully automatic powder recycling system.During printing, the system can automatically and efficiently complete three processes of powder recovery, sieving, and feeding. After printing completion, it moves to the powder cleaning position, where the powder in the forming cylinder can be recycled to the powder storing bin via recycling system under argon protection, which people is isolated from powder throughout the process.Separated powder recycling system.During printing, powder can be pumped with only one-click, and also it is equipped with a large-capacity powder drop tank, a transfer tank, and an efficient sieving system. The powder is transferred with people isolated from powder throughout the entire process in high work efficiency and low failure rate.
